DEMI 910 – Carbon® Resin Removal

The PostProcess® DEMI 910™ automated resin removal submersion system has been developed for the Carbon® ecosystem to dramatically improve efficiencies for the Carbon L1 and M2 3D printers. With a specialized fixture design, the DEMI 910 is capable of automated resin removal for an entire build from a Carbon large-format L1 printer or two build platforms from a Carbon high-resolution M2 printer. The fixture enables Carbon Digital Light Synthesis™ (Carbon DLS™) printed parts to be processed without ever leaving the build platform, improving ergonomics, post-print cycle times, and productivity for users.

Using our patented Submersed Vortex Cavitation (SVC) technology, the DEMI 910 utilizes an agitated flow to remove resin quickly and with uniform results. This solution integrates our proprietary AUTOMAT3D® software programming and Carbon-specific formulated detergents for a process that is safer and more sustainable than most traditional resin removal methods. The detergents are developed to be compatible with the most popular Carbon resins, including EPU 41, EPX 82, MPU 100, RPU 70, RPU 130, DPR 10 and UMA 90 and LOCTITE® 3D IND 405 Clear certified for Carbon printers.

For seamless integration into your additive operation, the DEMI 910 combines a number of uniquely engineered features for ease of use. These features include noise reduction for a low dBa, a powerful magnetically driven pump, advanced filters for extended detergent life, an insulated tank for energy-efficient temperature consistency, and a part fixture particularly designed for use with Carbon 3D printers.
