March 19, 2020: PostProcess Operations during COVID-19
With the growing concern surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities, we are taking the necessary precautions to minimize the spread of the virus while maintaining as much business continuity as possible. Please note the following:
- Most of the team is working remote but essential functions are staffed (with enhanced preventative measures per CDC guidance) so we expect minimal impact on lead times, response times, or customer service.
- Our online User Support Site is available for our customers for 24/7 access to technical resources for your PostProcess solution. Please contact us if you do not have your password for the site.
- With travel restrictions in place for employees, we will work to address any technical support issues first digitally with virtual meetings before deploying employees for an on-site visit. Additionally, for most of our software-driven solutions, we have the ability to connect remotely to help with troubleshooting. If you are not currently connected, please contact us to get set up.
- We expect no disruption to PostProcess’ supply of consumables, including detergent and media. Additionally, we understand there is a possible shortage of IPA used for SLA, DLP, and CLIP/DLS resin removal. PostProcess’ PG1.2 chemistry, as a part of our complete Resin Removal solution, is in stock. This solution is proven to process 5 times as many parts before detergent saturation versus IPA, with typical cycle times of 5-10 minutes.
