MICRO Support Removal

Part of our design series of support removal solutions, the patent-pending MICRO Support Removal system enables designers and engineers to focus on their priority – designing and building the next innovative 3D part – rather than on labor-intensive manual support removal.

The MICRO removes supports from the following 3D printing technologies: FDM, SLA, PolyJet, CLIP, and more.

Utilizing our proprietary software, the MICRO Support Removal combines customized agitation and optimized energy. Paired with our exclusive detergents and given the right amount of time and the exact temperature based on the material and geometry of the 3D printed part, the MICRO Support Removal delivers precise, hands-free support removal.

All of our machines, including the MICRO Support Removal, provide a low dBA feature – “library quiet” as we like to call it.
